He participated in the management of the Faculty of Pharmacy of Semmelweis University as Vice Dean (2012–2018):

He took part in organizing the ISO 9001:2015 certification of the education and research activities of the Faculty of Pharmacy. The ISO certification of education was carried out in accordance with ESG (European Standards and Guidelines), and the ISO certification of research followed EC GRP (Good Research Practice).

He participated in two MAB (Hungarian Accreditation Committee) accreditation procedures of the Faculty. His task was to summarize the Faculty’s quality assurance activities and results, and to review the functioning quality assurance system.

He developed an evaluation form to collect students’ opinions about the teachers of the Faculty, harmonizing it with the practices of other faculties and the Quality Assurance Department.

He contributed to the work of the University Web Committee and the Ranking Committee. He proposed acquiring the semmelweis.hu domain from its owner and changing the University’s long internet address to semmelweis.hu. He also made suggestions for building uniform departmental web pages.

In order to improve the international ranking of the University, he recommended registering Semmelweis University on LinkedIn.

As Vice Dean, he coordinated the Faculty’s Open Day recruitment lectures for secondary school students for six years.

He participated in meetings with foreign delegations (e.g. South Korean Accreditation Committee, Shanghai Jiao Tong University – Prof. Lei Fu, Vice Dean; Université Paris-Saclay – Prof. Sandrine Lacombe, Director of the Erasmus Mundus SERP Master Course).

He contributed to formulating the Faculty’s opinion on the Hungarian Government’s “Investing in the Future” Innovation Strategy 2020 plan.

In 2013, he was appointed by the Dean as Chairman of the Vocational Training Development Committee, where he led the establishment of downloadable online electronic curricula for postgraduate vocational training.

He cooperated with the University’s Quality Assurance Department in the development of quality management documentation for the Faculty’s vocational trainings, taking into account control, administration, education, task allocation, competencies, entitlements and responsibilities.

He was a full time lecturer of pharmaceutical chemistry in graduate (3rd and 4th year, from 1982 in Hungarian, and from 1990 in English language) and postgraduate courses, laboratory practice leader. Examiner at all levels (semi final, final, state exams). Member of examination boards of complex PhD exams. Lecturer at postgradual (vocational and PhD) courses. Supervisor of diploma works, mentor and consultant of PhD students.
